Communication was excellent and I liked the fact that I could sign forms electrically from my home which saved me a great deal of time. Jeff helped with getting the house for sale which was a big help. There were multiple bids on the home and Jeff handled it professional to maximize the sales proceeds. Overall, my expectations were exceeded and I will not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to friends and family.

Our home was one that had gotten hit in the market and wasnt really worth what we had bought it for 10 years prior. They worked to sell it as top fair value market then worked with our mortgage company to give us a break on our 2nd mortgage payment, plus sold it quickly!
